Dr. Chad Anderson
Chad J. Anderson, M.S., D.M.D., is a Research Instructor in the Department of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry and Research at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine since 2004. He is on the Editorial Review Boards for both the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Inside Dentistry. Dr. Anderson is also currently completing his PhD in Medical Biomaterials at the University of Siena, Italy.
Dr. Anderson currently owns and operates three dental practices in Fresno, California and a fourth practice in Boston, Massachusetts.
During his graduate work he developed a digital system that quantitatively analyzes small increments of color change. This process in the past fifteen years has been used in clinical research around the world. He has presented and authored abstracts and articles in the area of color science and materials in dentistry. Dr. Anderson has also worked with and performed research for companies such as Procter and Gamble, Philips Electronics, Ultradent, Kerr, Parkell, and Dentsply Caulk. His research focus is in developing and testing new products that are currently available for professionals and over the counter consumer use.
